We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Generalist to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering businesses with data-driven insights and advanced analytics capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our consulting, data engineering, and AI/Gen AI services.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify target markets, develop buyer personas, and create targeted marketing campaigns to reach potential clients.


Content Creation and Management:

  • Create compelling and engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, brochures, and social media posts, to showcase our expertise and solutions.
  • Manage the company's content calendar and ensure consistent and timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop thought leadership content that highlights our in-house IP and industry insights.


Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and display advertising.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results.


Event Management:

  • Plan and execute marketing events, such as webinars, conferences, and workshops, to generate leads and promote our services.
  • Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event execution.
  • Follow up with event attendees to nurture leads and convert them into clients.


Brand Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and manage marketing collateral, including presentations, case studies, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and positioning.


Lead Generation and Nurturing:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects into clients.
  • Manage and optimize lead nurturing workflows, including email marketing campaigns and personalized follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts and to support the sales pipeline.


Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on marketing performance and ROI.


Sales Enablement:

  • Develop sales enablement collateral including presentations, pitch & solution documents, brochures and others as required.


Vendor Engagements:

  • Liaison with external agencies such as design, print, PR and digital to execute the desired marketing activities


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Generalist or similar role, preferably within the data and analytics or technology services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
