Roles And Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve the organization’s revenue targets. This role requires an experienced professional with strong communication, negotiation, and team-building skills to foster a collaborative sales culture while strategically expanding market share.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational revenue goals.

·       Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to exceed performance targets.

·       Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects to drive sales opportunities.

·       Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

·       MBA preferred or equivalent relevant experience.

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful sales teams.

·       Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

·       Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and data analysis.

·       Knowledge of market research and sales forecasting tools.

Good to Have

·       Experience in B2B sales in the BFSI or technology sector.

·       Minimum 5+ years in sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role.

·       Demonstrable experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

·       Experience in client relationship management and business development.
